The Greenbriar team focuses on each home's design and construction and the way all of the homes come together to form a community. The members of this design team have numerous meetings to discuss a wide variety of important concerns including refining space planning, elevations, upgrades, finishes, structural integrity, water intrusion prevention, proper drainage, top-caliber landscaping, homeowner privacy, long-term durability as well as plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning systems. The design group also plans the streets and community landscaping with exquisite care, so as to enhance the attractiveness of the overall neighborhood and the quality and distinction of every home within the community.
Of course, our attention to detail does not end with the planning process. Our inspection program goes far beyond the industry standard and that of our competitors. For example, in addition to municipal inspections, a third-party structural engineer performs multiple inspections of our foundations and wall and roof framing before, during and after construction, assuring that our high standards are met to exactitude. This explains why our contractors report that we're the best, and tell us that our construction quality sets the benchmark!
