In order to enhance and protect the value, desirability and attractiveness of the community, as per the Purchase Agreement and the community's CC&R's, Greenbriar homeowners have agreed to install landscaping which is consistent with the community's landscaping standards. Please review your Purchase Agreement for further details.
If you have chosen to install your own landscaping or have it installed by your own landscape contractor, the deadline date for front yard landscaping to be completed is ninety (90) days from the date of close of escrow. All landscaping plans must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee and approved BEFORE any landscaping may take place.
